Merinate :

- 4 cups water
- 1 bay leaf
- 4-5 green cardamom pods
- 4-5 cloves

- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup mint leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup fried onions (for garnish)
- 1/2 cup ghee or oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon biryani masala
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon saffron strands (soaked in warm milk)


Instructions:
